Challenges & Tranisitions
Major life transitions have a tendency to crack us open, sometimes creating pain and confusion, but also the potential for a huge amount of personal growth and positive change. I love supporting people of all ages and life stages navigating transitions and challenges— adolescence, relationship decisions, pregnancy and postpartum, career changes, chronic pain and illness, trauma, parenting struggles, and the passages of menopause or aging.
My approach integrates Gestalt therapy, Somatic Experiencing techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, nervous system regulation tools, and attachment-based therapy. I work with body sensations, the parts of yourself that feel conflicted, patterns from early relationships, and how to create the best version of your life.
Healing happens in relationship and through felt experience. I bring a deep presence and concrete skills to support you in learning to trust your body, connect with your values, and develop the resilience to act even when it's hard.
